What does it cost?
Istaqdim is completely free for customers and we take no commission. The monthly salary is listed on every worker page; recruitment fees differ from office to office and are agreed with the office directly.
How do you verify an office licence?
Every office enters its licence number when registering and stays hidden from visitors until it is verified. If its subscription lapses, its workers disappear from the site automatically.
What is the difference between recruitment and transfer?
Recruitment means bringing a worker from her own country through a licensed office, and takes longer. A transfer moves the sponsorship of a worker already in Jordan, which is faster because she is here with valid papers. You can filter by whichever suits you.
Do I need an account?
No. Browsing and contacting offices work without one. An account is only needed to save workers to your favourites and come back to them later.
